May 20th Day Hike in Devil's Lake, WI

Service Description

Today’s hike will total 5.1 miles, with an elevation gain of 846 feet. This hike should take us 3-4 hours which includes ample time for lunch and various breaks throughout the day. This is considered a “moderate” hike and you can expect rocky and steep surfaces at times. We’ll see Prospect Point, Elephant Rock, Balanced Rock, and the iconic Devil’s Doorway. In addition to learning about the history of Devil’s Lake, you’ll also learn the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace throughout the day to help preserve the park and our natural resources.
